Job Summary

The University of Florida Health is seeking a highly skilled Registered Professional Nurse to join our team in the Adult Emergency Department. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assessing patient needs, and implementing evidence-based interventions to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Implement evidence-based interventions to improve patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
  • Supervise and direct care provided by Licensed Practical Nurses and Unlicensed Assistive Personnel
  • Assign and delegate care to other qualified members of the healthcare team
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree
  • Current RN license in the State of Florida
  • Professional nursing board certification preferred
Work Environment
