JOB OVERVIEW:

As a Crew Supervisor, you will lead a team dispatched to properties in need of emergency clean-up, drying, and repair services. You will oversee team members in the installation of drying equipment and the execution of specialized cleaning techniques. Additionally, you will gain proficiency in using advanced moisture monitoring tools to accurately document the drying progress of each project. Technicians will provide updates to customers, supervisors, and SERVPRO office personnel. Typical working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional overtime required for emergency projects, including on-call duties during evenings and weekends.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Coordinate and execute production processes as scheduled while ensuring quality control
  • Manage customer interactions and overall satisfaction, tracked through online reviews
  • Clearly communicate expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their tasks
  • Document detailed and accurate job files to support the services rendered
  • Oversee labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects
  • Maintain communication with restoration project managers and office staff regarding project status and challenges
MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS: - Commitment to working a minimum of 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday) plus after-hours and weekend availability as needed
  • Must be computer literate and a quick learner of new software
  • Must have strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and meet driver insurance qualifications
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
  • Experience in water damage mitigation and restoration
  • IICRC WRT Certification
  • Experience in assessing and documenting damaged areas within a building
  • Experience with online documentation for active projects
  • (Training will be provided for new hires who are not IICRC certified.)
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred

PAY RANGE: Varies based on experience and certifications. Starting wage range is $25.00 to $30.00 per hour. Overtime pay for hours exceeding 40 per week, along with additional incentives, can enhance total compensation. There is significant potential for career advancement and increased earnings.
