Compassionate Caregiver

About the Role: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Clinical Nursing Assistant to join our Home Care team. This is a full-time position working on the third shift. As a CNA, you will provide direct and indirect resident patient care activities under the direction of an RN or LPN, assisting with activities of daily living, personal care, and maintaining a safe environment for assigned residents.

• You will assist residents with bathing, shampoo, nail care, mouth care, and other self-help skills.
• You will take vitals and tube feeding, reporting pertinent information as appropriate.
• You will provide positioning, mobility, or comfort needs, contributing to patient safety.
• You will ensure resident equipment is accessible and store equipment and supplies properly.
• You will report complaints and grievances to the charge nurse or supervisor.

Requirements: A current Georgia Certified Nursing Assistant licensure, one year of nursing assistant-related experience, basic nursing assistant skills, and knowledge of emergency procedures.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this role is $45,000-$55,000 based on industry standards and location.
