Job Title: Mental Health Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Worker to join our team at Women of Hope Vine. As a key member of our Residential Aide team, you will provide a safe and supportive environment for residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities
  • Ensure the building is secure and residents are accounted for at all times
  • Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and external partners to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in evening shift reports, log entries, and follow-up book updates
  • Assist with medication distribution, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Coordinate evening activities, volunteers, and fire drills as scheduled
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Safe Food Handling Certificate and CPR/First Aid certification preferred
  • Ability to work well with residents with severe and persistent mental illness
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
