The Controller/Director of Financial Performance plays a critical role in overseeing financial operations, working closely with the CFO to ensure timely and accurate month-end reporting, quarterly forecasts, and annual operating budget preparation. This individual will be responsible for analyzing financial data, identifying areas of shortfall, and developing mitigation plans.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize financial performance.
  • Work closely with department leaders and staff to develop work plans to improve financial operations.
  • Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal audit requirements.

Requirements:

Required: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent minimum experience requirements.

Preferred: Seven (7) years working in hospital accounting or finance.
