Job SummaryAs a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. You will assess, diagnose, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient care, while maintaining accurate and detailed documentation. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities- Assess and diagnose patient needs, developing individualized care plans to meet their unique requirements
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health literacy and self-management skills
- One (1) year PCU/step down experience preferred
- Completion of an accredited Registered Nurse program
- BSN preferred
- Registered Nurse with current California RN license
- BLS, ACLS (AHA)
