Product Display Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Display Specialist to join our team at Pepsi Beverages Company. As a key member of our merchandising team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and stocked in a visually appealing and organized manner in large volume stores.

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers, and displays with products in assigned accounts
• Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf to maintain a clean and efficient inventory system
• Transport products to and from the backroom to shelf location using equipment such as U Boats, hand trucks, and pallet jacks
• Display promotional material such as signs and banners in accounts to drive sales and engagement
• Keep backroom stock in neat and orderly condition to ensure efficient inventory management
• Communicate store issues to store managers and Pepsi management to ensure prompt resolution
• Build customer relationships at the store level to drive sales and loyalty
• Comply with operating procedures such as scan-in/scan-out and following designated routes
• Service accounts during designated times established by management to ensure timely and efficient service
• Deliver exceptional customer service to drive sales and loyalty
• Ability to operate under minimal supervision with a high degree of autonomy
• Use handheld devices to write/input orders and manage inventory

• 18 years or older
• Pass the physical capabilities test (if applicable)
• Must have a valid U.S. Driver's License and proof of insurance
• Ability to lift, load, push, and pull cases weighing up to 45 pounds
• Ability to bend, reach, and squat while merchandising and moving products

• Working experience in a retail business or grocery store environment
• Moving products within a store safely and efficiently
• Merchandising products to drive sales and engagement
• Managing backroom/stock room inventory to ensure efficient inventory management
• Serving customers with a high degree of customer service
