Job Description

Job Summary: A. Duie Pyle is seeking a Dedicated Shuttle Driver to join our team. As a Dedicated Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a tractor-trailer combination to transport goods between manufacturing plants and distributors.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate a tractor-trailer combination to transport goods between manufacturing plants and distributors
  • Ensure timely and safe delivery of goods
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on the tractor and trailer
  • Communicate with dispatch via in-cab electronic device
  • Read Bill of Lading to determine assignments

Requirements:

  • Class A CDL (No Hazmat needed)
  • Minimum of 21 years of age
  • One (1) year of recent verified CDL-A experience, van type trailer experience preferred
  • No license suspensions (excluding non-moving violations) in the last 3 years
  • No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
  • No unexplained gaps in employment
  • Ability to comply and adhere to FMC safety regulations
