Spiritual Care Director Opportunity

Compensation:$75,600 per year

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Spiritual Care Director to lead our spiritual programs and services. This position requires strong leadership skills and experience in providing spiritual care to a diverse community.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement spiritual programs and services that meet the needs of our community.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of spiritual care services.
  • Recruit and manage volunteers to support spiritual programs and services.

Requirements:

  • An ordained Roman Catholic Priest with good standing in the AMS and bishop's diocese.
  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in a senior leadership role in a congregation of at least 500 members.
  • Proven track record of successful program development and implementation.
