About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Cabinetry Assembly Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and manufacturing high-quality cabinetry products.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and manufacture cabinetry products to meet quality and production standards
- Work collaboratively with production team members to ensure efficient and effective production processes
- Participate in on-the-job training and coaching to develop skills and knowledge
- Understand and follow written and verbal instructions to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks
Requirements
- Interest in a long-term career with a growing employer
- Strong work ethic to work all shift hours and overtime as required
- Strong interest in working safely
- Ability to understand both written and verbal instructions
Physical Requirements
- MEDIUM - Exert up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. of force frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. of force constantly to move objects
- Ability to stand and move body (twisting, pushing, pulling)
