About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Cabinetry Assembly Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and manufacturing high-quality cabinetry products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble and manufacture cabinetry products to meet quality and production standards
  • Work collaboratively with production team members to ensure efficient and effective production processes
  • Participate in on-the-job training and coaching to develop skills and knowledge
  • Understand and follow written and verbal instructions to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks

Requirements

  • Interest in a long-term career with a growing employer
  • Strong work ethic to work all shift hours and overtime as required
  • Strong interest in working safely
  • Ability to understand both written and verbal instructions

Physical Requirements

  • MEDIUM - Exert up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. of force frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. of force constantly to move objects
  • Ability to stand and move body (twisting, pushing, pulling)
