Vice President of Nursing Programs

We are seeking an exceptional individual to serve as the Vice President of Nursing Programs at the University of Providence. As a senior leader, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our nursing programs and contributing to the growth and success of our institution.
About the RoleThe Vice President will provide strategic leadership and oversight for our nursing programs, including curriculum development, faculty recruitment and retention, and accreditation standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing education and a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement nursing programs that meet the changing needs of the healthcare industry.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop and deliver high-quality educational content.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
- Recruit and retain high-quality faculty and staff.
- An earned academic Doctoral degree in nursing from an accredited program and at least five years of experience in nursing education or a related field.
- Proven leadership experience and a strong understanding of adult learning principles.
- Licensed or eligible for nursing licensure in Montana.
