Key Responsibilities
  • Package customer purchases in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assist customers with carrying out their purchases and provide support in all aspects of customer service
  • Engage with customers to discuss product information, including taste profiles, complementary items, and suggested preparation techniques
  • Return merchandise to shelves as needed
  • Provide fast, efficient, and friendly service with a smile
  • Direct customers to designated parking areas and assist with unloading merchandise
  • Ensure adequate basket supply and maintain a clean and organized parking lot
  • Communicate issues to Service Manager and Director as needed
Requirements
  • 0-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, including safety rules and operating instructions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and remain calm in intense situations
  • Physical requirements: lift and carry moderately heavy loads, bend, kneel, reach, squat, push, and pull
