We are seeking a Restaurant Team Member to join our team at Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores. As a Restaurant Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service by providing efficient and friendly service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general customer service duties, including taking customer food orders, answering questions about menu offerings, and addressing customer needs.
  • Balance a cash register and offer additional sales opportunities to customers.
  • Accurately and safely prepare customer orders from various preparation points within the kitchen.
  • Use a variety of methods and technologies to ensure proper food safety conditions within the restaurant.
  • Cross train in other departments, such as Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
  • Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds, and work in various temperatures.
