About the Role

Bright Horizons is seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Education Professional to join our team as a Child Care Assistant Teacher. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a world-class team, make a difference in the lives of children, and pursue your passion for early learning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children, promoting their cognitive, social, and emotional development.
  • Communicate daily with parents, documenting and sharing important milestones in their child's day, fostering a strong partnership between home and school.
  • Ensure the classroom is safe and clean, adhering to important procedures and guidelines, maintaining a healthy and nurturing environment.
Requirements
  • At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2 years (2500 hours) of demonstrated experience working with children required; child care, daycare, or preschool experience preferred.
  • Early childhood coursework, CDA, or degree preferred.
