This role will assist the Equestrian Program Manager in implementing the seasonal horseback riding programs, working as a horseback riding instructor, and mentoring Equestrian Staff and Counselors. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching basic horseback riding skills, enjoy working with youth, and be comfortable living and working in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
