Qualifications

Education: A high school diploma is required; some college education is preferred.

Experience: A minimum of 1 year in a retail management position is necessary.

Management Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
  • Capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 40 pounds.
  • Comfortable climbing ladders and balancing.
  • Ability to bend, kneel, and squat as needed.
  • Frequent reaching above shoulder height.

Work Schedule:

The Retail Operations Assistant Manager is expected to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours based on store needs and seasonal demands. Availability for evenings, weekends, and peak holiday periods is required. Overtime compensation is available for hourly employees.
