The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with a team of paraprofessionals to create a positive and engaging learning environment for approximately 12 students with moderate disabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to the unique needs of each student.
- Provide direct instruction in a sub-separate classroom setting, emphasizing life skills development and academic growth.
- Collaborate effectively with paraprofessionals to ensure a supportive and structured learning environment that fosters student success.
- Monitor and document student progress meticulously, adapting instructional strategies as needed to meet individual learning goals.
