Job Summary:

The Physical Therapist assists patients in the restoration of physical function through evaluation and treatment in a critical access hospital setting. This role is part of a small but mighty and fun rehab team that specializes in seeing a variety of patients in both outpatient and inpatient settings.

Responsibilities:

- Assist patients in the restoration of physical function through evaluation and treatment
- Work with a team of experienced healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient

Requirements:

- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
- Respective state license in Physical Therapy or has graduated successfully from a professional program, is in receipt of Authorization to Test Letter, is scheduled to test within 60 days of eligibility, and has not failed the licensure exam
- CPR certification within 90 days of hire
- Valid state driver's license, as verified through the respective state Department of Motor vehicles driving record abstract

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Physical Therapist
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail-oriented
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work well with others and communicate effectively with patients, families, and other treatment team members
