We are currently seeking a qualified Environmental Services Associate.

Work Schedule: Per Diem (as needed)

Shifts: Day 7a-3:30p / Evening 3p-11:30p, including weekend and holiday rotations

Position Location: Tobey Hospital, Wareham, MA

Key Responsibilities:

Under the general supervision of the Facilities Manager or designated personnel, you will uphold established standards while executing departmental functions. Your duties will include:

  • Removing soiled linens and waste from the facility.
  • Cleaning and disinfecting floors and restroom fixtures.
  • Preparing discharge beds for new patients.
  • Maintaining cleanliness of equipment and janitorial closets.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Minimum age requirement is 18 years.
  • Ability to comprehend written and verbal instructions and work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping is preferred.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID-19 or qualify for an exemption.

Compensation:

Pay Rate: USD $21.85 per hour.
