Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the healthcare operations of our communities, including supervising licensed nurses and other direct care staff.
  • Ensure that residents receive quality care and services, and that their healthcare needs are met.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care and services for residents.
  • Participate in quality improvement activities to continuously improve our services.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Experience: Five years of experience as a Director of Nursing or similar role, with a proven track record of success in healthcare leadership.
  • Certifications: RN license, and certifications in Infection Prevention/Control and RAI process preferred.
