Custodial Services Team Member

Key Responsibilities of the Custodial Services Role:
1. Perform cleaning, dusting, and polishing of furniture, fixtures, lamps, window sills, heating and cooling units, and other designated areas as directed.
2. Maintain cleanliness of bathroom fixtures, sinks, and toilets through washing and polishing.
3. Ensure windows and mirrors in resident rooms and assigned areas are cleaned effectively.
4. Conduct floor maintenance, including sweeping, dusting, and mopping.
5. Manage carpet care, including vacuuming, shampooing, and deodorizing.
6. Clean walls and ceilings through washing, wiping, dusting, and spot cleaning as necessary.
7. Remove dirt, dust, grease, and residue from surfaces.
8. Dispose of waste in appropriate containers and ensure trash receptacles are relined.
9. Utilize cleaning solutions and equipment safely, ensuring proper storage at all times.
10. Report any required repairs, malfunctioning light bulbs, or safety concerns promptly.
