Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled General Dentist to join our team and lead our practice in delivering high-quality dental care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive dental care to patients, including diagnosis and treatment of oral health issues.
- Work collaboratively with a full clinical team, including a dental hygienist and dental assistant, to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and stay up-to-date with the latest dental techniques and technologies.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the practice, including developing and implementing business strategies to increase patient engagement and revenue.
- Collaborate with the practice manager and other team members to ensure seamless operations and excellent patient satisfaction.
- DDS/DMD degree and active, unrestricted license in the state of Ohio.
- Clinical knowledge and experience in comprehensive dentistry, including diagnosis and treatment of oral health issues.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
- Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet the needs of patients.
- Ability to become credentialed with dental insurance plans.
