Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Delivery Courier to join our team at Toppers Pizza. As a Delivery Courier, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers and ensuring timely delivery of our products.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and location. In addition to hourly wage, mileage, and tips paid daily, our Delivery Couriers are eligible for flexible scheduling, pay advances through PayActiv, meal discounts, free uniform t-shirt, referral bonuses, rapid advancement opportunities, and all insurance benefits and 401(k) retirement after minimum service and average hours are satisfied.

Job Description

As a Delivery Courier, your primary responsibility will be to deliver our products to customers in a timely and efficient manner. This will require you to have a valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and good communication skills. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, both in the store and during deliveries.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Valid driver's license issued by the state where you intend to work and 2 years of driving experience
  • Have use of a properly maintained, licensed, and street-legal vehicle capable
  • Maintain at least state minimum auto insurance requirements
  • Physically able to perform all essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR) as stipulated by company policy and insurance carrier
    • No Major Traffic Citations or Incidents within the past 5 years no more than 2 moving violations and 1 at-fault accident in the past 3 years
Preferred Experience
  • Restaurant food service or retail store experience
  • Cash-handling skills
