  • Work under the direction of the Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with Kitchen leadership to coordinate job assignments and timelines.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude, providing excellent service to guests and colleagues alike.
  • Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations, as well as safety standards, at all times.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and professional presentation of dining areas, including table settings and service stations.
  • Prepare dining outlets for service, checking service stations and tables to ensure correct set-up and cleanliness.
  • Resolve guest issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Answer phone calls and assist with guest seating, serving food or beverages as requested.
  • Handle checks and cash according to established procedures.
  • Roll silverware, set up food stations or dining areas to prepare for the next shift or large parties.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, consistent with the functions of this position, as needed.

Requirements:

  • Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification is required.

  • Must be able to lift, push, reach for, and carry 30+ pounds frequently.
  • Excellent verbal communication and multitasking skills are essential.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in a high-volume or fine dining environment is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience/training is required.
