Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Administrator to join our team at our Novo corporate office in Zeeland, MI. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate arrival, cost, and quantity information of inventory and providing administrative support to our Procurement team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the process required to manage and maintain accurate inventory information, including participating in the intercompany transfer process, the entry of work orders, purchase orders, and scheduling.
  • Identify discrepancies or potential problems with acknowledgments, packing lists, shipments, or invoices and resolve any questionable charges or discrepancies.
  • Work with receiving departments, buyers, and vendors to resolve quality and discrepancies issues.
  • Check acknowledgements forms, packing lists, and invoices and work with appropriate buyers and vendors to reconcile discrepancies.
  • Monitor and close open purchase orders with back-orders that will not be received.
  • Ensure the purchase to pay process by entry and the maintenance of purchase orders through vendor payments are complete.
  • Provide for miscellaneous administrative requirements.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma
  • One to three years' experience in purchasing or related administrative functions
  • Functional knowledge of computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook
  • Capability to communicate efficiently with all levels of employees, management, customers, and vendors both verbally and in written form
  • Capacity to multi-task with speed and accuracy while prioritizing tasks and ability to maintain excellent organizational skills
Above and Beyond Qualifications
  • A degree in business management or a comparable field is preferred
  • Working knowledge of Pivot Tables and Macros
