**Job Summary:**
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our warehouse/production/manufacturing environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Perform repairs and maintenance on building structures, including windows, doors, and walls
* Fix broken or leaking plumbing to prevent water damage
* Work on electrical wiring to prevent shortages or damage
* Maintain HVAC equipment to ensure climate control
* Apply preventative measures to reduce the risk of future problems
* Identify and fix potential safety hazards
* Paint the building as needed

**Requirements:**
* 2+ years of experience as a handyman
* Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment
* Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems
* Basic math skills
* Good communication ability

**What We Offer:**
* Competitive pay rate up to $20/hour
* Monday through Friday schedule, 7AM-5PM
