Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Hilton Daytona Beach Oceanfront Resort. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing high-quality beverages and food items.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take orders and operate a point-of-sale system to process transactions.
  • Prepare and serve beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar and surrounding areas.
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask to meet customer demands.
  • Follow all health and safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Barista experience a plus.
Work Environment

This is a temporary to permanent position with a variable work schedule, including holidays and weekends. The successful candidate will be required to stand for extended periods, walk, push, lift up to 25 pounds, bend, and reach.
