About the Role:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant Professor in Leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students, as well as contributing to the development of our leadership programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach and develop courses in leadership, including community leadership, research methods, and grant writing
  • Conduct research and publish scholarly articles in the field of leadership
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders
  • Provide academic advising and mentorship to students
  • Participate in departmental and university service

Requirements:

  • Ph.D. in Leadership or a related field
  • Experience in teaching and research in leadership
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
