Job Title: Registered Nurse II

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse II to join our team at Methodist Hospital Atascosa. As a key member of our patient care team, you will provide exceptional care to our patients and their families in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with patient care team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and providing education to patients and families
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to unlicensed personnel as needed
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma
  • 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
  • RN License to practice in the state of Texas or Active Multi-State RN Compact License
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
