Role Summary

As a GetGo Café Lead, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading a high-performing kitchen team. You will work closely with the Store Leader to achieve sales and profit goals, while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and contribute to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of kitchen staff to ensure seamless food service operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with the Store Leader to set and achieve sales and profit goals.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Monitor and control inventory, supplies, and equipment to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of food and beverages, meeting quality and presentation standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our services and offerings.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the food service industry.
• Experience in managing a team and developing leadership skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with team members, customers, and vendors.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail to manage inventory and finances.
