Senior Accountant Opportunity

About the Company

Creative Financial Staffing is proud to offer a high-visibility Senior Accountant role that reports directly to the CFO. This position has the potential to move up into an Accounting Manager or Controller level position and offers a strong benefit package, including medical and dental, life insurance, LTD, 401K with match, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform month-end close duties and assist with financial reporting packages
  • Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger
  • Prepare bank and various balance sheet account reconciliations
  • Perform financial analysis of accounts
  • Assist with the preparation of the annual budget
  • Maintain fixed asset schedule
  • Act as backup for A/P, A/R, and payroll departments
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • 2+ year's related experience
  • High degree of proficiency with Excel and accounting software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Location and Salary

This Senior Accountant role is fully onsite in Canton, OH with a salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 depending on experience.
