About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Pest Control Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, ensuring their homes and businesses are pest-free.

Responsibilities
  • Complete our award-winning company-paid training program to learn the skills required to be responsible for the daily operation of a pest control service route.
  • Prioritize safety in all responsibilities, including safely using a ladder, lifting up to 50 lbs, and accessing crawl spaces and attics.
  • Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each customer.
  • Conduct yourself with the utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers, serving as a problem solver and recommending efficient solutions.
  • Prepare and install home or business services, including attic remediations, crawlspace encapsulations, gutter protection, and radiant heat barrier for energy efficiency.
  • Interact with customers in their home or business, setting project expectations and walking them through the process to ensure satisfaction.
  • Complete all required service-related documentation and leverage your hand-held device for speed and accuracy.

Qualifications
  • No experience required – we'll train you to be a Pro.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
