The Pool Instructor is responsible for creating a safe and engaging learning environment for students, utilizing the Hubbard curriculum to build confidence in the water.

Responsibilities
  • Teach swim lessons to students of all ages and skill levels
  • Implement safety protocols to ensure a secure learning environment
  • Communicate effectively with students and staff members
  • Continuously evaluate and improve instructional techniques
Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, stoop, crouch, or swim for up to 5 hours in the water
  • Ability to lift, hold, and/or move equipment or small child up to 50 pounds
  • Commitment to a minimum of 1 year and at least 2 shifts per week
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including some afternoons and weekends
Estimated Salary Range

$25,000 - $35,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
