Job Summary:

We are seeking a career-minded Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have high energy, a passion for the business, and a proven ability to build sales, attract and retain top talent, and drive guest loyalty.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including inventory, scheduling, and customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of hourly staff
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
  • Manage labor costs, inventory, and other operational expenses
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of full-service or fast-casual restaurant management experience
  • Strong back-of-the-house knowledge and hands-on work ethic
  • Bi-lingual a plus, but not necessary
  • TABC/ABC certification and valid Food Handlers' Management Certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and on your feet up to 10-12 hours per day
