Position Overview

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to become a vital part of our team.

This role will report directly to the Assistant Director of Personal Care, Branch Director of Personal Care, or Branch Manager of Personal Care, and will be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of recruitment and compliance processes for all new hires at the facility, utilizing strong research and technical capabilities.

The responsibilities include:

  • Conducting research on competitor organizations to build sourcing pipelines and networks.
  • Employing cold calling and social networking techniques to attract candidates before forming a candidate pool for anticipated staffing needs.
  • Executing the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial consultations with clients to candidate outreach, qualification screening, interview scheduling, follow-ups, extending offers, and finalizing candidates to fulfill staffing requirements.

Engaging in initial discussions with hiring managers to clarify role specifications, recruitment strategies, and the interview process.


Innovative Recruitment Strategies

Developing, designing, and implementing creative recruitment strategies, including:

  • Utilizing social media platforms to cultivate a candidate pipeline (LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.).
  • Organizing engaging recruitment events and initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation may vary within the provided salary range based on several factors, including location, experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, and departmental equity.

Gentiva offers a comprehensive benefits and total rewards package, where base pay is just one component.

Salary Range: $68,000 to $70,000 per year


Qualifications

Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.

Experience that demonstrates proficiency in utilizing an Applicant Tracking System and familiarity with a metrics-driven environment, as well as experience in both corporate and agency recruitment models, is essential.
