This exciting opportunity allows you to apply your sales and recruitment expertise to build strong relationships with clients and candidates. As an Executive Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening top-level candidates for our clients in the Prime Label and Flexible Packaging Industries.

Key responsibilities include communicating and collaborating with our internal team to understand client requirements and translating those requirements into active searches. You will also be responsible for building a pipeline of qualified candidates through cold calling, networking, designing search strings, and relationship building.

A competitive salary of $50K per year, plus performance-based commissions, awaits the successful candidate. Our structured training program provides hands-on guidance and mentorship from our experienced division leads.
