Position Overview:
The Department of Radiology at the University of Florida College of Medicine and UF Health is seeking a highly skilled Thoracic Radiologist to join our team. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for interpreting imaging studies, providing expert opinions, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret plain film radiography, CT, and MR images, including cardiac and aortic CTA
- Engage in clinical and imaging operations, education, training, and faculty development
- Support research and innovation, potentially serving as PI or Co-I on grants and clinical trials
- Represent the Department on various committees
Requirements:
- MD, D.O., or equivalent degree
- Board certification in Radiology (ABR, AOBR) is preferred, but not required
- Fellowship in Thoracic Imaging
- Eligibility for licensure in the Florida license
Preferred Qualifications:
