• Offer guidance and mentorship to junior barbers or apprentices
• Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sanitizing tools and equipment
• Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments and handling payments

• Valid barbering license in the state
• Proven experience as a barber, with a strong portfolio of previous work
• Knowledge of various hair cutting techniques and styles
• Familiarity with retail sales and basic retail math concepts
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Ability to multitask and prioritize appointments in a fast-paced environment

• Additional skills in hair threading, nail care, eyelash extensions, and makeup application
