About the Role
This position involves caring for patients who require close monitoring and life-sustaining interventions. You will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized plans of care, ensuring the best possible outcomes for your patients. Your expertise will be invaluable in identifying potential complications and taking proactive steps to prevent them.
Responsibilities
* Assess patients' conditions and develop plans of care in collaboration with other healthcare professionals* Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians* Monitor patients' responses to treatment and adjust plans accordingly* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers regarding care plans and progress* Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and outcomes
Requirements
* Associate's Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)* Current licensure to practice nursing in the state of Florida or eligibility for issuance upon receipt of SSN* BLS certification from the American Heart Association (ACLS and PALS certifications may be required for certain departments)
Salary Range
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
