Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Hostess to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the front of house operations, ensuring smooth table service, and providing top-notch customer service. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the host stand, ensuring efficient seating and table management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with servers and bartenders to ensure seamless table service.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming environment, adhering to Walk-On's high standards.
