Unlock Your Potential as an Enterprise Systems Architect

Are you ready to drive transformation and innovation in a global company that fuels supply chain solutions?

As the Enterprise Systems Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's IT systems ecosystem roadmap, aligning it with business goals and priorities.

You will engage with cross-functional stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities, translating them into actionable roadmaps that drive strategic planning, design, and implementation of complex global IT solutions.

This role will own and govern the NetSuite ecosystem of business applications, setting the internal data strategy and leading backoffice integration plans for previous or future M&A activity.

You will also lead new vendor selection and cultivate existing Tier 1 vendor relationships, ensuring the company's technology solutions are best positioned to support its team and enable its strategies.

We are seeking an Architect who can create a compelling MIS systems vision and operationalize it through collaboration with cross-department resources.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in application development, hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, and a proven track record of designing and implementing scalable, high-performance solutions that scale for the enterprise.

They will be skilled in building blueprints for applications and business solutions, capable of coding in desired technologies, and familiar with agile methodologies.

The successful candidate will demonstrate success in engaging and managing stakeholder needs and requirements into actionable and executable plans, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

We offer a competitive benefits package, generous paid time off, flexible work environments, career development opportunities, and recognition programs.

This role is a remote opportunity, unless you are in Columbus, OH or Cranberry, PA, in which case it is a hybrid role (1 day a week in office).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the MIS roadmap and implementation, providing technical and architectural guidance to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Develop and maintain models reflecting organizational strategies and objectives.
  • Take the lead in planning, designing, and implementing multifaceted enterprise solutions.
  • Test system performance, analyze findings, and suggest improvements to optimize efficiency.
  • Translate user requirements into specific applications and platform solutions.
  • Direct and oversee technical processes, ensuring adherence to organizational standards.
  • Analyze the feasibility of potential projects, checking for compliance with standards and architectural plans.
  • Establish and manage internal master data strategy to be applied across core systems.
  • Integration of previous and future M&A.
Requirements for Success:
  • 10+ years of rigorous application development and hands-on experience using Microsoft technologies stack.
  • Proficient and hands-on with Microsoft technologies, specifically C#, .NET, and Azure cloud services.
  • Previous experience with ERP, Finance, CRM, Billing, Ticket Management, and PSA systems (implementation, enhancement roadmap, integration, etc.).
  • Previous experience harmonizing and or implementing enterprise data analytics and master data strategies.
  • Previous experience with internal systems integration.
  • Experience with NetSuite strongly preferred.
  • Skilled in building blueprints for Applications and Business Solutions including Visio diagrams, technical requirements and SOP's for cross-functional business users.
  • Capable of coding in the desired technologies and supporting developers as necessary.
  • Familiar with agile methodologies.
  • Demonstrated success in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance solutions that scale for the enterprise.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and manage stakeholder needs and requirements into actionable and executable plans.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
