Key Responsibilities:

  • Float between units and facilities as needed to meet staffing demands
  • Manage workload and maintain excellent nurse-to-patient ratios
  • Eligible for all sponsored benefits, including 403(b) retirement plan
  • Reliable transportation required to accommodate floating between locations

Schedule and Compensation:

  • Average 32-36 hours per week, with flexibility to select days worked
  • Competitive premium pay rates, shift differential, and opportunities for overtime
  • 5,000 sign-on bonus paid in three increments over the first year of employment
