Ayden Healthcare Piqua is seeking a compassionate and skilled Nursing Support Specialist to join our team.

As a Nursing Support Specialist, you will provide exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.

This role offers a competitive salary of $14.50 per hour, paid every two weeks.

We offer a brand new shift differential rate, holiday pay, and a Perfect Attendance Bonus of $2.00 more per hour.

Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a STNA in OH.

Able to react to emergency situations appropriately when required.

Must be able to relate information concerning a resident's condition.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with bathing
  • Change linens
  • Properly position patients
  • Offer hydration
  • Check on patients in the morning and night
  • Take and record vital signs

Qualifications:

  • Dedicated to providing exceptional care to our residents
  • Current STNA license in OH
  • Able to react to emergency situations
  • Effective communication skills
