We are seeking a skilled Labor Associate to join our team at SIMOS Insourcing Solutions. As a Labor Associate, you will be responsible for performing various tasks in a fast-paced environment, including light novelty item manufacturing and overtime requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manufacturing light novelty items in a timely manner
  • Meeting overtime requirements as needed
  • Performing safe handling and processing of products while standing for long periods of time
  • Repetitive motion is necessary for production output
  • Maintaining attention to detail and quality throughout the process

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Able to lift 50 pounds
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Background check and drug test required
