Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a positive and welcoming attitude, greeting and thanking members as they enter and exit the store.
  • Process member purchases accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and other payment methods.
  • Provide assistance with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and resolving member issues and concerns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the checkout area and surrounding spaces.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks and responsibilities while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
