Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Milieu Manager to join our team at Harbor Point Behavioral Health Center. As a Milieu Manager, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and supervision to direct care staff, working in association with the DON, CEO, and Director of Clinical Operations to ensure consistency in care provided by the residential care staff and the clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement programming and provide ongoing training and supervision to create and maintain a safe and therapeutic milieu.
  • Coordinate and assign direct care staff to the units and facilitate accurate communication among flex pool staff.
  • Assist with daily time and attendance.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated leadership ability and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of therapeutic relationships as relates to adolescents, therapeutic processes, adolescent growth and development, limit setting and behavior management, crisis management of aggressive behavior, and CPR.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in social work or psychology.
  • Minimum of two years of experience working in a residential facility for children, with one year of supervisory experience.
