Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical/Mechanical Maintenance Technician III to join our team at Clayens Loveland. The successful candidate will be responsible for repairing and maintaining complex machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine and emergency maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic/pneumatic, and electrical systems, including troubleshooting and repair of components.
  • Work from technical drawings, prints, and diagrams to identify and resolve mechanical, hydraulic/pneumatic, and electrical problems.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is in good working order.
  • Verify the operation of machine sequences and perform repairs as needed.
  • Use mechanical maintenance tools and equipment to perform tasks, including Volt-Ohm-Ammeter checks.
  • Document all findings and measurements, and report any problems or unusual situations to the supervisor.
  • Adhere to health and safety requirements and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in manufacturing maintenance.
  • Electrical and hydraulic certifications.
  • Ability to work standing for extended periods and lift up to 50lbs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and prioritize responsibilities.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for 8+ hours.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Manual dexterity required.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced production environment with moderate physical demands. The ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively is essential.
