Automotive Brake and Suspension Specialist

Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in automotive and light truck maintenance
- Proficient in diagnosing and resolving issues related to Brakes, Tie Rods, Tires, Shocks, Struts, Ball Joints, CV Axles, ABS braking systems, and TPMS
- Assess and provide estimates for vehicle concerns
- Conduct test drives and engage with clients
- Calculate job expenses, present services to clients, and execute repairs
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with weekends off
- Assured base salary complemented by a commission structure based on sales performance
- Paid time off and holiday benefits
- Be part of a collaborative team consisting of 6 Technicians and 4 Administrative staff
- Operate within a spacious 11-bay, 10,000 sq. ft. workshop
- Training opportunities available for ASE certification or equivalent
- Personal tools required
