Job Title: Director of Sales

Hampton Inn-Groton is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth.

Job Summary:

The Director of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, building and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients, and collaborating with the sales team to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to increase sales and revenue
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective execution of sales initiatives
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends
  • Develop and maintain sales reports and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide training and support to sales team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the sales team is equipped with the latest knowledge and skills
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales and revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel as needed
