Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health literacy and self-management.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and best practices in pediatric nursing.
Requirements
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in pediatric nursing, preferably in a hospital setting.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Nebraska or compact state licensure.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within 180 days of hire.
